“This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is……

“Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! “Had a great time for our 4th annual fires’ trip at Grandpa’s pool house! The pool was awesome and Eva was highly responsive and answered all of my questions both before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for that nostalgic 70’s vibe to try out GPH! ”
