“It was very relaxing, just what we needed! Nice secluded and quiet location with great views. ”

“Had a wonderful cozy and relaxing time at The Red Barn. The upstairs was perfect for our two daughters to have to themselves. We enjoyed renting a pontoon while we were there and I highly recommend that from the owner as well!! It’s exactly as described and they were super easy to work with. It was a unique place and that added a lot of charm to the stay overall. I’d stay in a fun and different place like this a thousand times before a hotel or condo that’s always the same cookie cutter……

“This was a great place for our family vacation, and everyone enjoyed our time! The sandy beach & all of the outside space was a hit with the little ones! We are making plans for next year's family vacation & will see if this property is available after we figure out our dates.”

“We had the best time and loved the cabin! We had everything we needed and more inside & out. The cabin was stocked with things we didn’t even think to bring but they had available for our use. The dock and beautiful sandy bottom of the lake was AMAZING!!!! Great views and awesome yard to hangout in. We would love to comeback in the summer when we are able to enjoy the outdoors a bit more. Very happy with our stay! Thank you! ”

“It was a great place that we chose. Not many complaints. Weird neighbor people that showed up one time and said they were going to dump a ton of chemicals in the lake to kill the Lily Pads, not environmentally friendly. The house next door is up for sale and that is where it came from. I would suggest putting blinds in the two windows (Master and above room). I didn’t like the gravel, it tracks in and can dirty the rugs in the entry way. We found some pre-existing undergarments in the two……

“Cute cabin!! Awesome hostess!!! Lovely hospitality!! 10/10!!”

“Great place for large groups, especially if you rent both houses. The interiors are really nice. The showers, beds, common rooms and kitchen are all updated, and they are clean. There is always some worry about whether the amenities are not as good as the pictures, but the firepits, the grills, the sauna and the hot tub are all set up very well and are great to use. The hot tub especially is top of the line. The host was very accommodating, good communication and easy to work with. Just don't……

“The cabin was wonderful, and our hosts were very attentive to our/my questions.They think of everything a person/group would need to have a great visit.We had a great time and hope to be able to go back again.”
