“The property was very similar to the photos, with a short walk to the river access. We had been concerned that the cabin would be smaller than expected for four adults, but it was very spacious and generally comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking essentials, but there was no coffee. The only issue was that the bunk beds were uncomfortable and very, very squeaky. Any slight movement caused a squeak, and it was so hard to sleep that one person……

“Beautiful place our family and friends loved and the hospitality was like no other!! We had a barbecue on our first night and it was a awesome patio with a huge Blackstone that we grilled our steaks and Brats on they had everything we needed to feed our group!! They also had a bonfire pit that my husband was excited to light up it was so cozy!! Thanks Paul and Deb for everything we really enjoyed it and would recommend this beautiful getaway to everyone!!”

We were denied early check-in unless we paid an extra fee but wouldn’t be told if we could check-in early until that same day. The automatic calendar event address took us to the wrong location and upon arriving we noticed a significant ant presence. The listing notes it can sleep 4 but the pullout bed is not sleep-able. There’s a decent sized bathroom but the shower pressure was a glorified trickle. On our……

“Beautiful spot, if you’re new to camping or have kids/dogs this is the place. The location was secluded and definitely has that up north feel. Great for getting out in nature and close to other things to do outside.”
