“Pool is nice but that’s it the room very small smelled like weed and only two towels walls were dirty And rust all in the bathroom”

“Condominium itself was lovely. It was clean and spacious. The property itself was nice, I’ll be at the pool in the hot tub. We’re not as clean as we would have desired. The beach scene in the level of service was amazing!”

“Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away……

“Super smooth. Clean and well appointed room. Everything needed for a great vacation was present. I will rent from here again next time i am going to sunny isles beach. Thank you. ”

“It was great!!”

“Great place! Easy to work with host! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!”

“Balcony was great! Beach view and amenities for beach was great. Staff was good minus the $2000 hold they put vs $200 hoping it is all cleared up Monday. The host was great but I would recommend he change that sofa bed as it did have mold underneath the mattress and frame. So please watch out for that and absolutely change it or treat it with whatever is needed.”
