"Our entire experience from check in to check out was 5*! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon trip to crete and they went above and beyond to make this a special stay for us. From a room upgrade, to a gift bag with local treats to offering us late check out. The breakfast included in our stay was fantastic! Really got a taste for the cretan cuisine. Their resturants served delicious food with an authentic vibe. Thank you for a memorable stay."

"The team was wonderful- friendly and helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had was with the bathroom. There is no shower which we found challenging and feel that such an option should exist. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was delicious and of course the location is fabulous."

"Beautiful hotel located midway between Heraklion and Chania. Loved the beach and restaurant. Our room was amazing with our own pool and fireplace in our private outdoor area. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Loved Rethymno's old town which was a short cab drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."

"Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Marine Palace, it was easily accessible and we had a 5 month old plus pram in tow, pool selection was great and the food was excellent, lovely choice and highlight was the BBQ by the Sea! Staff were all very helpful and bonus of a WhatsApp number to message if had any problems, the rooms and all outside areas were kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, very impressed. The village of Panormos was only a 7-8 minute walk away, very small but lovely village with bars, restaurants and a few gift shops. Would definitely return!!!"
