From the moment we walked in the door, the front desk staff greeted us with such kindness. The check in process was quick and smooth and we found our room easily. The room was very clean and up to date from comfy beds, to button controlled window curtains. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean! The perfect temperature and a really good size! You could easily fit a good group of people in there. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had! It was fresh, hot, and had a great spread of options. "

"The layout of the room was really nice and quiet. However, there was pet hair all over the bed cover & furniture. The room reeked of stale cigarettes. The air quality in the room was extremely stuffy. I’m assuming there may be mold somewhere in the room. My boyfriend had an asthma attack and had to go to Parkridge North E.R. - due to him not being able to breathe in the room. There are also people living on the premises. As in this is their home. Tried to go to the courtyard to relax but the tenants had their room doors wide open and looking at your every move. So that was quite awkward. Overall, the room was ok but it was not worth a trip to the emergency room- triggering an asthma attack."
