“Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was well done. We loved the convenient location to nearby hiking trails and other attractions we came to visit.”

“My shower and sink water wouldn't get hot. After calling the front desk twice maintenance fixed it the SECOND time they came to check the water temperature. The shower head needed replaced as the stream and the modes available on it was really insufficient.”

“When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe.”

“The room was pretty clean. Under the ac and in the corners was dirty. Back of bathroom door was dirty. Water didn’t drain well in shower. One of the beds squeaked and popped every time I turned or got up or down. It was ok for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The beds were and made, and towels were replenished - but the trash was not taken out, nor was the floor vacuumed, we were out of tissues. The bathtub is very slow to drain, after shower I had a lake in the bathtub.”

“The room wasn't great. It was so humid in the room, No matter what we tried we couldn't improve the situation. The carpet was wet, the bedding felt wet. We put towels on the floor to walk on. Our clothes and hair became damp. The hallway was very humid as well. We finally decided to just check out and leave at 1:30 am. When I told the morning staff about it, they just said, yes we've been having a humidity issue. Why didn't you tell me this before I checked in? I was there with my 83 yr old……

“Our room smelt like cigarettes. There were long black hairs on the shower and door. The floor wasn’t swept in the bathroom. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was no carpet. Overall it was hard to breathe In there because the air was thick and we didn’t get a good nights rest. Also for the record I did send a message to the front desk after check in. It being so late we decided to tough it out since we were only going to be there 7 hours. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AGAIN. I……

“The room/hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical watery scrambled eggs, potatos, waffle, biscuit and gravy. The biggest complaint was the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants from 8-10pm. The TV service was very spotty.”
