Not as clean as it used to be. The countertops of the room and bathroom were not clean. Also the mirror was not cleaned either. Better attention to the details are needed in the times we now live.

The lady at the reception was very rude. No welcome, no oral tour of the hotel. She will lock the breakfast area while you are still serving. Wicked attitude. Management needs to fire her. Spoiled our vacation. This was our second time to stay here. What a difference!!!!

The staff was very good wearing their masks. They were friendly and helpful. The rooms were sanitized and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed during covid, and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable i felt. Sanitizing station as soon as you walk in, greeted happily and quickly, and only one family at a time allowed in the elevator.
