Our issues started with check in. Text was sent saying our unit was ready at 2pm, get there and we get a “Sorry that was wrong, not sure why it sent that. They haven’t even started cleaning yet.” When discussing my concerns with the manager, she says “We had 25 units to clean.” Then, 30 minutes magically, a three bedroom condo is clean and ready. Get in the unit, has a funny smell. There’s sand every where. Not clean. Rug with crumbs and dirt still on it. Two couches with stains and mildew ALL over them. Tried to get the vacuum out of the closet to vacuum the rug ourselves, doesn’t work. Grab the broom to sweep, looked like the same one from mid-evil times. After all that, go to take a shower. Look up at the ceiling, MOLD. You read it right. Mold on the ceiling. After complaining to management, they sent some workers up to vacuum the hard floor. Rug still dirty. Said they would just clean the couches after we left because they didn’t have the chemicals for it. Then just sprayed some spray on the mold on the ceiling and wiped it off and called it a day. Mold all over the bathroom tiles. Offered to just switch our condo after a day of already staying in this, while we have 8 kids in tow. Y’all watch out when booking. 3k to stay in filth.
