Beautiful property on a beautiful beach. There are a number of great pool and you are always able to get a chair at the beach or pools. However there is no wait service at either. The all inclusive piece is deceiving. Certain Restaurants and liquor are excluded. The reservation system is crazy and the app is useless. Meal prices for included restaurants are jacked up to increase tips. Overall the food is very good with good sized portions. But $15 for 6 chicken wings is ridiculous. The property is large and the shuttle service can be confusing. A towel card with a stiff $25 lost towel fee is foolish for what you are paying to stay here. We had a good time but there are considerations to be aware of.

The Property was amazing but the concierge staff were extremely rude. We were checking in and the lady at the counter didn't even bother to Acknowledge us. They didn't even tell us the things we and our kids could do in the area. Will not return to this resort.

My honest review- We did a 5 day stay at divi village and while we had an incredible time i must say that the accommodations were NOT what we thought they would be…the rooms are run down, clean but run down…. The resort is old and needs renovating. (It’s more like apartment style -timeshares) … We thought we booked divi (the one on the other side) and by mistake booked here. The staff are all great, no complaints there and Mulligans restaurant is EXCELLENT, the food is so good there!!! … however if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the resort for you. Also there is NOT a lot of action, the good thing is that you get full access to the other divi and tamarin (these resorts are directly across the street) .. I would not stay at this resort again but that’s just because when i vacation i like a little more action and more up to date accommodations…. Overall we did have an incredible time.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Felt safe no matter where we went, on or off the resort. Love that everything is within walking distance. Even if you want to go uptown or downtown, its a quick taxi ride. Will definitely be back!

Every staff member with the exception of the hostess and one waiter at Mulliagans were not accommodating. It was as if we were bothering them due to it being an all inclusive.there was not any clear instructions on what was included. The only benefit is the beautiful beach and not crowded pools. Other than that I would never stay here again. My safe was opened and my room door was left ajar multiple times. Food took longer than an hour and most times incorrect. We were then told to let staff know we have a diabetic member and they could potentially hurry up. Customer service was a joke and did not have any answers and did not call shuttles when we were told they provide them. Worst all inclusive ever and I travel numerous times per year.

Location of the resort was excellent for beach goers. The resort is a little dated in the room that we stayed at. The shower faucet had to be replaced during our stay. Cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing. You could see the dust build up on the vents in the ceiling while laying in bed. But overall the resort was good in the layout and amenities.

The property is pretty but the employees there don’t seem like they want to work and seem all annoyed which kind of ruined our stay. They would be rude and no seem to want to be working.

The check-in staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant start to our stay. We appreciated the fact that fresh towels were provided daily, ensuring a comfortable and clean experience. However, one aspect that could be improved upon is the limited transportation options between the different Divi properties. This resulted in some inconvenience, as we had to walk to dinner and were unable to fully explore all the properties. It was disappointing to miss out on the complete resort experience due to this staffing issue. Another downside was the difficulty in booking the all-inclusive restaurant for dinner upon our arrival. Despite our anticipation, all the slots were already filled, forcing us to look for alternative dining options outside the property. This unexpected expense was a bit frustrating. On a positive note, the walk-in dining options available, such as the sports bar-style food, pleasantly surprised us. In fact, the quality and taste of the food surpassed our expectations and even outshined the fine dining restaurant. Overall, while there were some shortcomings regarding transportation and restaurant bookings, the Divi All-Inclusive Villa Village Golf Resort provided a pleasant stay with friendly staff and enjoyable dining options.
