Second floor apartment is located in the renown former Mont Vernon Hotel. The studio faces Orient Bay with immediate, less than 1 minute, access to the white sand beach with turquoise 85 degree water all year round. The spacious balcony with panoramic frontal view of the sea allows guests to sit down, relax, and savor a meal.
All furniture is brand new (super comfortable queen size bed, fold out couch with spring mattress, table with chairs, ample closet etc.).
Designer quality kitchen cabinets & top-of-the-line appliances, a bathroom with a washer and luxurious household items like linens, towels, high end tableware and silverware are ready for your use. Contemporary style with sleek design and clear cut forms provide background to the ravishing view.
Our studio has fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Cable TV (French channels). Guests may order extra cleaning during their stay. Unit is non-smoking.
PRIVATE PARKING
Private parking is for extra fee and upon availability. It is locate on open lot with security monitoring. General Parking is free, but could be a problem after 5pm. It is a piece of mind and you don't worry about finding parking space coming late after dinner in a restaurant. Also it wide enough to avoid accidental car scratches.

The Mont Vernon area is a gated community with 24 hr. security, on-site Mont Vernon Supermarket and Mont Vernon Pizzeria Bar. It is only 3 miles to GRAND CASE which is the French gourmet capital of the Caribbean!
