The Apartment is located on a quiet residential road only 10 min walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza (see more info below) and only a short 10 min drive to beautiful sandy beaches including La Zenia. The apartment is part of a small development of similar properties set around a lovely communal pool with grassed sunbathing area. The property has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin bedroom) and bathroom with bath and shower over. The lounge and dining area opens onto a balcony which is great for relaxing. The property is fully furnished to a comfortable standard and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped with mod cons and appliances including ceramic hob and microwave.
