“Siamo stati benissimo! Non saremmo piu venuti via! una settimana a fine giugno in gruppo di amici (famiglie con bambini da 7 a 16 anni), in 21 in totale. Casa bellissima con pulizia impeccabile, spazi ampi e comodi, cucina attrezzata con molti accessori e pentole, abbiamo mangiato quasi sempre a casa ( c'è anche una cucina piu piccola con un altro frigo, forno, fuochi utile per preparare per tanti). “Unsere 4 tägige Jugendreise war in dem Haus richtig toll. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und alles hat soweit gepasst. Meines Erachtens könnte die Küche für 30 Personen, obwohl wir nur mit 20 Leute da waren, besser ausgestattet sein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.”

“Das Haus entspricht genau dem, wie es präsentiert und beschrieben wird. Der Gastgeber und sein Team sind immer freundlich sehr bemüht, jedes Anliegen sofort zu berücksichtigen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage hat man alle Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen, bummeln in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Wir kommen kommen gerne wieder!”

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Aussicht rundherum ist für uns ein absolutes Highlight gewesen. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre durch die Alleinlage des HausesFabrizio und Manila waren sowohl beim Ein wie auch beim Auschecken supernett und jederzeit ansprechbar! “Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!”

“The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

“Das Haus mit dem umgebenden Gelände ist sehr großzügig und harmonisch gelegen. Jedes Zimmer bietet viele Platz und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Gelände ist umzäunt, so dass auch Hunde willkommen sind. Alles ist super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dieses Objekt kann nur wärmstens empfohlen werden. Die Gastgeber machen sich große Mühe, um den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Pool, Bolzplatz und Rasenflächen sind gepflegt und sauber. Die Anlage liegt auf einem Hügel von wo aus...

“Maison très confortable, bien équipée et bien décorée. Vu sur les collines avoisinantes sans vis à vis depuis la terrasse et la piscine. L accueil par Fabiana a été très chaleureux et pleins de conseils. Le fait d avoir 5 salle de bain pour 6 chambres avec chacune des toilettes est Top ! ”
