This place is priced cheap its located 15-20 min walk to beach has parking for semi truck thats gated and let me check in at noon. Will definitely stay again

Lady at front counter so rude and mean. I book 2 adults for 2 days but she wants to charge me extra for extra person. Towels so dirty, stain on bed sheets and molds in shower.

There was a knife in the roon, food, beer, gel, like the room was being occupied. Absolutely the worst place ever. JUST PLAINR DIRTY!!! Lady at check in was rude as fff. Keep on looking, Don't waste ur time!

Fairly clean. The shower tile had some pretty bad water stains that made the overall appearance seem dirty. We made sure we wore flip flops. We did see a couple of roaches in the bathroom area. (Eww) I ended up checking the mattress and was glad all was ok. It was just a quick overnight stay. Won't be going back.

The room is outdated. Bugs present in the room. Possibly some mold. They tried to charge me $5.00 for 1 set of key as a deposit if you lose it.

Seems like a lot of down and out people live there - maybe some type of military or ice or jail-like housing - concerned about leaving belongings in car No side tables near bed; lights on wall didn’t work, TV remote only went lower in channels, not higher. Weird mop baskets and shoes were outside most of the rooms.

This place is a joke and they are refusing to return my deposit because I left the key in the room it's a scam people the TV doesn't even work and the owners are unprofessional and rude the room wasn't even clean no toilet paper I'm going to notify my bank book at your risk.

Pillows had makeup on them in the floor was a used razor. Called front desk to change rooms and was told they were all booked and that the could replace the Pillows . Then the following morning I couldn't take a shower because the bath tub faucet was falling off and creating a flood. Terrible service from from desk. I was told to call management or come back to talk to them in 2 days.

Staff was initially super rude and kept telling me the price I paid on Expedia was wrong. I told them they shouldn’t have that price on Expedia if it was wrong. I had my three small children with me so as soon as this all started happening I was filled with dread and was wondering wth I was going to do. Required a cash deposit. Whatever. Property was super dirty. People drinking in the parking lot. Again whatever. Surprisingly the ac and shower worked and we didn’t get bed bugs but I was scared, we actually slept despite what sounded like a party next door. Next time I will read reviews before booking something this cheap. The next day when I checked out they checked the room and actually returned my deposit which was a big surprise. And they were actually quite nice. I guess it’s hard to work at hotels and deal with crazy people all the time. I would stay again for the price but was not very comfortable.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your property and to request a **full refund for my reservation**. Upon arriving at the property, there was no one present at the reception desk. I stood there for approximately ten minutes, repeatedly ringing the bell, but no one came out to assist me. There was no staff member available to help me check in or address my concerns. In addition to the lack of service, the exterior of the property made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. There were individuals hanging around and lurking outside, and the overall condition and atmosphere of the property raised serious concerns about my personal safety. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe remaining there, and I was unwilling to put myself at risk. My purpose in booking this room was simply to have a safe place to sleep for one night before attending a conference in Oxnard early the following morning. Because of this unacceptable experience, I had no choice but to drive all the way back to my home in Palmdale and then make the long drive back to Oxnard the next morning to arrive by 8:00 a.m. This caused me unnecessary stress, frustration, inconvenience, and additional travel expenses. To make matters worse, I have made several attempts to contact Expedia by phone and text regarding this issue. I was informed that my itinerary number could not be located, and the representatives I contacted were unable to identify my rese

It was a fine nights stay for the price. The hotel was about as nice as you might expect for the cheap price in the area. Parking can be tight, especially if you arrive late or go out late. There are a few catches to be aware of when checking in and out 1) There is a 10 dollar parking fee. 2) The hotel key must be returned to get your 50 dollar deposit back. If you keep the key or simply drive away like people normally do, you will not get your deposit back.
