This property was perfect for our family after a day spent in Lake Powell. The hotel was updated and very clean, the staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was definitely a highlight… AMAZING!!! They had something for everyone and even “good” creamer for the coffee! Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or around Lake Powell.

The property is Plus rated by Best Western and it was with one big matter. I booked the room by a third party. I was given an accessible room that was fine. However we had no chairs in the room except a broken desk chair. We do not like to spend the evening watching TV on the bed. I asked the front desk for a suitable chair or two. The best they could come up with was another desk chair I could adjust to a proper height. This seems to be an industry problem. I will adjust my choice of properties by my prior experience in the past.

This place literally feels like the Netflix show ozarks, people here are noisy; staff is super duper rude, especially front desk, super useless as well would not recommend or as my worse enemy to stay here

I booked a suite that seemed quite large and comfortable for my family and when we arrived at 3:30pm they told me that it was not ready yet, 15 minutes later they gave me the keys and oh surprise! It was a regular room with 2 queen beds, at the reception they told me that it was a junior suite and that the others they had were already sold, I spent almost 2 hours trying to resolve the problem with Expedia and they will only give me a refund of 37 usd, which It's not their fault, it's the hotel that apparently shows fake photos of the rooms. Be careful when booking at this hotel.

We had a great stay here. It was very clean. And this is the only hotel we have been to on this trip to Arizona that has air-conditioning throughout the whole building.
