Basically I checked out on the same day of the check-in as I couldn't handle the smell in the hotel. There is no lobby downstairs and the seating areas in each floor was very dull and don't have windows in them. I am astonished that this hotel is 5 stars and this should not be the case. The lift is so small and everything was just not right. The street was very dirty and the entrance is barely suitable to be an entrance for a massage place and not a good one even if.
Bad experience and I lost my money as well but couldn't stay for a single night there and funny enough I was charged for a bottle of water after I checked out with no refund at all. Unbelievably bad.
I asked about the smell and actually even the staff could not explain it. One of the rooms did not have a shower at all so they expected me to take a jacuzzi instead. The other room did have a very small shower and I mean very small. There are steps everywhere so don't walk if you are half sleep or in a rush,
For this amount of money you would expect better so it will be easy to search for another hotel for even less money and better services.
Never again in this hotel.
