Very disappointing experience – nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised. We stayed for 7 nights and unfortunately experienced multiple issues. The rooms are very dated. Our shower head was faulty and fell due to the water pressure, hitting my boyfriend’s feet. It took 2 days to repair, so I had to hold it while showering. My mother’s bathroom had a flickering light throughout our entire stay which was never fixed. The air conditioning was extremely old, with black staining underneath the unit (I cannot say what this was). The biggest issue was noise. The room next to ours was being refurbished, with drilling and banging from around 9am every morning. We repeatedly asked to be moved but this never happened. On our final night, there was also loud glass bottle handling after midnight. I had less than 6 hours’ sleep on several nights. On the final morning I was so exhausted and upset that I left the room crying. We were told that 9am was their “operational time”, but this was only explained on our last day. Why could we not have been moved away from the construction? We also had concerns about the tap water; my mother became sick after using it on the first day for brush her teeth. In the pool, water entered my eye and caused severe burning for around 45 minutes; the lifeguard witnessed this and provided eye solution. The Guest Experience Manager offered a refund for 2 nights, although I did not feel it reflected the experience, I am still waiting for the refund

Excellent hotel - top notch service and the best half board food we have ever experienced. Perfect for a getaway for a few days and really comfortable amenities. Great gym, spa, and pool. The staff went above and beyond and are very polite and helpful. The food is really top tier with great options every night. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful resort and lovely personal and delicious food. You don’t need to go outside of resort, any entertainment or fun you and family need ,you can find there. Our villa has got share swimming pool that was fantastic. Kids love this resort.

Nice Hotel and very friendly staff. Didn't realise that panorama and palace are actually at the same hotel just different sections.

We had a great time. The room with the private pool is a game changer. Food and facilities were very good.
