“Madelena ‘s shows signs of once being great but it’s way off now. They should close the back rooms so guests don’t see the laundry drying and block off the area under construction. Get rid of all the broken stuff; chairs, lounges, bar stools. Cover the empty pool and get a gardener to prune everything. The 2 staff members we saw seem unsupported and poorly managed. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food but the included breakfast at 8:30 was very late so we left.”
