Where do I start? If you’re thinking of renting this place, DO NOT do it! In summary: checking supposed to be at 3p, I got the info to access the apartment at 3.30p after 3 long calls from my US phone (I don’t even want to know how much that will cost me). After we finally got to the apartment we soon found out the the 3 a/c units weren’t working…or better, they’re connected to only 1 compressor so what you get is barely a fan that moves hot air. To add, the WiFi is very spotty so most of the time it wasn’t working. The apartment is pretty nice but there were no glasses to drink from so we had to use cups that they promptly make sure that you wash before leaving (unless you want to get charged I guess). Overall a horrible experience. This wasn’t our first time in Palermo so we expected high temperatures and a more “relaxed” approach but service and property ruined our stay .
