After I read the reviews I didn't expect too much from this place. Dropped few emails to the hotel, didn't get any response back. Booked the taxi through the link provided by the hotel, however no one met us in the airport. Got to the hotel by getting a taxi from the outside of the airport (more expensive of cause). We came for our 10th wedding anniversary and booked a sea view room. We was not offered any upgrades or gifts for a special date, however we didn't expect anything, so was not disappointed. Once we arrived we were met by a lovely receptionist, who apologised for all the inconvenience. I must say all of them were brilliant: really friendly, helpful & spoke a good English. Room was a bit outdated, but cozy, bright and sparkling clean with amazing sea views! It was properly cleaned daily. The only downside was a restaurant: staff a bit slow, poor menu and average quality of food, overpriced. Poorest buffet breakfast: croissants, ham, 1 salami & 1 cheese. No choice, what killed me the most, was an instant coffee. So we ended up having food outside. The views at the bar, restaurant and pool were amazing: mountains vs sea! No issues with sunbeds, staff was trying quickly to facilitate all the guest and sanitized all the sun beds. Privite sea entrance, which may not be good for kids, but there was a lovely spacious pool with sea water and a beach (a bit rocky) around the corner. Public beach with turquoise water & restaurants just 5 minutes walk. Amazing stay!
