The agent communication was sterile and impersonal. Regardless, the property was outstanding. It’s extremely private and may not be for everyone because of its isolation.My wife and I would not hesitate to return to this location.

Beautiful house, beautiful view

This property is a fine house for four people (two couples), as it is a two bedroom home with two king beds. The decor is very well done, and the setting and the view are magnificent. The place was spotless, but some minor shortcomings were the presence of only one half-box of Kleenex for the entire house, and a limited supply of toilet paper. The shower control knobs in the main bathroom are wonky and need to be replaced. Also, it should be noted that the access to the house involves a quarter mile of steep and winding single lane road, with several blind curves and only a few turnouts. It can be hair-raising to maneuver if you meet another car, and good luck if you are phobic about mountain roads without guardrails! My major complaint is being expected to pay $100 a day extra for having the pool and spa heated. This is an offensive surcharge that should be built into the price of what is a high-end rental. Just budget for the cost of utilities in the price that gets posted. What will be next - a surcharge for water and electricity?

A True Retreat vacation

This property exceeded our hopes and expectations! The view was spectacular and the property was always quiet and private. The house was perfectly located on its own oasis on the mountain side. Great hikes just outside the front door. Beautiful setting, outstanding architecture and beautiful poolside vistas of the entire Palm Desert valley. Five star resort ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved the property. The fact that we didn’t have way to watch the baseball game and kept getting kicked out of the front gate was a bummer. The major reason for low star rating is that we discovered mice the last day of our stay.. if that was not an issue 5stars

Beautiful Stay

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay here. The property was amazing and very relaxing for us. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. The views from the back yard area are wonderful!

You're renting the view.

The view is wonderful, and the breeze up the canyon, combined with a little elevation results in home slightly cooler than down in the valley. We found mouse dropping in drawers with napkins and cockroaches in the bathroom. The Spa never came on via the timer as we were told it would, but it did heat up in 20-30 min when we manually turned it on. The house is OK, the view is spectacular.

Can't wait to go back. The view is Amazing!!!

My wife and I were looking for a private quite house in the Palm Springs area and this place was prefect. The drive up the hill is a little tight as its a one lane road but, not bad once you get use to it. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The view is priceless 24 hours a day! It's just a quick drive down the hill to anything you need for shopping and restaurants. Only things that needs work are the cable channel guide is outdated and didn't match the current tv provider and the instructions that were email out about how to operate the spa are also outdated. Make sure you use the tablet provided inside the house to operate the pool and spa.

Secluded Villa in Palm Desert

Talk about a first impression! This property is a WOW! The pool is sparkling clean and beautiful and the views from the property are spectacular. The home is decorated with every amenity needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to make this an annual event.

worst communication with VRBO staff for an early check in

Very nice property. We had such a horrible start to our vacation which was my Dad's 85th Birthday party. No one would call us back for 3 days for an early check in which is not allowed on this house but found out later was allowed. No communication and when they said they would call back no one did. Turn key management is the worst. I would highly recommended not using them. Stay away from Turnkey management.

It’s all about the pool

This was a “shelter in place” summer staycation, we spent our days inside and our nights in the pool, loved it! One thing I will say is if you have a question for the owner call, don’t text.

Another amazing stay here

Perfect Secluded Spot

This property was amazing! Sometimes we've booked vrbo's and they aren't quite like the pictures. But this property is everything and more! It is exactly as pictured and described. We were looking for privacy and seclusion with no neighbors and this was it. Beautiful home and wonderful pool. Perfect way to spend a couple of days away!
