Disappointing...

Our experience at this location was disappointing. I'll cover the positives & negatives. Positives: It's a good location. It is a very nice gated golf course community. There's a decent view of the golf course from the condo. The unit was well stocked with dishes & silverware, coffee, & kitchen items. The leather couch in the living room was comfortable as was the bed in the master bedroom.Negatives: When we arrived we didn't think we were going to be able to stay because the unit smelled so bad. We definitely didn't move anything inside, like clothing or personal items, because of the horrible odor. We opened all the windows and doors, bought air fresheners, and after a few hours the odor went away. We couldn't enjoy the view of the golf course from inside the unit because the windows are warped and distorted. There was no lighting in the master bedroom. The water pressure was so weak it took forever to take a shower. Half of the electrical outlets didn't work. The drapes for the windows and the sliding glass door were gloomy and out dated, and the screen for the sliding glass door kept falling off. The location and the community were fine, but if you're looking for a place to stay I'd keep looking.

quiet stay

The property was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in the evenings. If staying in Palm desert it is a good location central to restaurants and hikes.

Very bad customer service

The condo itself is good until you have question or issues. Before arriving, we had few questions, sent email to the property manager, never got any answers. During our stay, a wild animal came inside the roof (squirrel or rat or mise, we don’t know) we contact the property management because it was impossible to sleep and woke up the whole family (the pest was scratching in the ceiling very hard). We contact the property manager, sent her a video of how bad the noise was. She said she cannot do anything. We followed up during the day, she said no pest control can come (we called multiple pest control ourself and they were available to come, so not much effort from Evolve to fix the situation.) The night after, the noise started again. Waking up again the whole family. When we called the property manager, they just didn’t answer our call. I guess ignoring customers is how they manage issues. No apologies were extended, no compensation was offered. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN. they could offered us to stay at an hotel nearby and covering the costs, so we can sleep. We did want to enjoy relaxing vacation, turn out it was the opposite. Seems that the owners of the condo were not helpful, from what the property manager said to us. This is very disappointing. Also, there is no indoor pool facility or fitness gym. Tennis court/pickle ball is not free and not always available. Will never be back.

Wonderful views

The accommodatio was great for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was very comfortable. One power lazyboy and couch and loveseat were also reclinable. The pario was nice and the views of the water feature on the 18th hole, and sunrises were incredible. We'd definitely rent here again!

TENNIS INDIAN WELLS

Clean, comfortable, safe quiet location. Easy check-in. More attention to details for amenities is needed, i.e., conditioner, lotion but no shampoo. Only 4 coffee pods provided for 2 people for 5 days. Remotes needed batteries. If you are less than 5'7", you will not be able to reach the controls on dryer. Very dated decor. For the price, expected better.

February Break

Great place located on a nice golf course. Patio facing the 18th hole was the best. Lots of shopping and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very clean, safe and quiet. We had a delay in our planned arrival due to ice and snow storms. They were so nice about extending our check out day because of it.

Palm Desert condo

The unit was nice and offered everything advertised. My only negative experience was when I went to the bathroom upon arrival the toilet had been used and was not flushed. That creeped me out and I used the other toilet hence forth. The outside patio was beautiful and there was a little hummingbird that visited on numerous occasions. Said experience was the best part of my stay.

Palm desert resort

Property exceeded expectations. Evolve and locale support were right there for any questions. Only glitch was the original online booking which at first wouldn’t accept credit card then when I tried another card it said property was already booked. Sometime hours later it said I had a confirmed reservation

Palm Desert Golf Resort

Enjoyed this property tremendously. Excellent location. Condominium was nicely furnished, had a great TV, and even a fancy massage chair. Grounds are well kept for the entire resort. Played golf there, too. Course in great condition. Thank you. Would like to stay again but daily rate almost doubled for next year.

Very Nice

This is the best vacation rental we've stayed at! Condo, community and nearby amenities were all top-notch. Except for food, the unit has everything you need. Comfortable beds, great patio next to the golf course. Resort has good security and is very quiet. Would definitely stay there again!
