I've been taking my son to the Children's Hospital, and I've been really impressed with the experience. They often have wonderful deals, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. What touched me the most was when we arrived; the first thing one of the staff members asked was how my day was. It really made me feel supported during a challenging time.

Nice Place to Stay

Our room was clean and neat. We didn't need housekeeping except to get more towels, and that was no problem. It was quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean comfortable room and the room did not have that strong disinfected odor. The light on the desk just stopped working and the toilet did not refill automatically. I had to open the tank and get it started a number of times.

Kevin at the front desk gets 5 stars

Kevin at front desk is the best! He made our stay very pleasant and very helpful in many ways. The area and hotel very quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend but make sure to pay a lil extra and request for queen beds as the tv seems to have many more channels and very very comfortable.

We checked in with a very cheerful, helpful, and efficient young lady: a pleasant change from the grumpy, unhelpful, elderly fellow a couple of years ago: he was the reason we stopped coming for a while.

Adequate if you aren't fussy

I have stayed here in the past because its location is convenient and very reasonable priced. But it is a motel and it's old. Rooms are adequate for my needs but nothing close to luxury. Several of the electrical outlets don't work - my devices did not charge overnight. They only have step-in tubs with minimal safety bars. And there are things that need repair - towel bars are missing, for instance, and the broken pieces still remain in the wall. WiFi is reliable. And they leave coffee and snacks in the room but what adult drinks grape juice. But, as I said, it's convenient and economical for me and I'm willing to make the sacrifices for my bare-bones stay.

Very pleased and pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. Even though the property was built back in the 1950’s it surly doesn’t show it, a very well kept hotel.

スタンフォードでの学会に参加するため，利用しました。パロアルト駅から22 or 522のバスで15~20分位です。徒歩10分圏内に，スーパーマーケット，レストラン，ショッピングモールがありました。少し歩きますが，夏でも涼しいですし，ロードサイドも綺麗なので散歩も苦になりません。サイトの客室設備のところには書いてありませんでしたが，電子レンジと冷蔵庫，アイロン，アイロン台もありますので，中長期滞在にも助かります。部屋に水やスナック，コーヒー（カセット式）も提供されています。設備はところどころ傷んでいるところもありますが，適宜修繕，交換されています。スタッフの方はフレンドリーで，こちらのリクエストに笑顔で応えてくれました。機会があれば，また利用したいと思うホテルでした。
