Staff at the lobby does not speak english. They hear a few words and blurt out premade sentences that does not answer your questions.
Restaurants. You can prepay 30 USD cash per guests to reserve a seat, but they will not reimburse if guests were late and could be present at the dinner. Very unprofessional. Resort refuse to reimburse for the two guests. Did ask multiple persons, even our clueless wedding planner, to ask lobby, and only to be told from the lobby they will not reimburse and to write a letter to management, and still no reply after 3 weeks.
Buffet looks impressive, but is very random. Some day it's okay, then the next I swear it tastes like reheated food from lefttovers. Bugs and flies in salad section.
Friends reserved a tour with guide; guide did not show up. Resort refuse to reimburse.
Did ask multiple persons even our clueless wedding planner, only to be told to write a letter to management, and still no reply after 3 weeks.
Both pools closed and not allowed to use after 5 PM, even though they have lights in. "Hot" jacuzzi is colder than their pools.
No clear directions on where is your room or where are certain buildings/area, you end up walking lot on the first day or two.
There is little to nothing to do in the evening, this hotel seem to cater more to older people, 40
Bottom line, very unprofessional. It is not a 5 star hotel, but more of a 3.5 star with free alcohol (and not all bottles, only the basic ones)
