Muy limpia y bonita la habitacion, camas comodas, estuvimos 2 noches alli, lo unico malo en la habitacion es que aunque el aire de la calefaccion estaba en low salia demasiado fuerte y amanecimos con dolor de garganta entonces ka segunda noche dejamos añagado y lo otro que no nos gusto es qje el segundo dia de nuestra estadia subimos al ascensor y olia como a pesacado muy fuerte y luego vimos en la entrada al hombre de la limpieza trapeando el piso y tambien habia ese mismo olor. Pinso que no lavo el trapero .

A very dirty hotel...dead cockroaches in the hallway. Dirty carpets. The staff does not greet you. It is not friendly. The worst was the cleanliness… If you are picky with cleanliness, don't stay here. For the cost per night I expected a clean hotel.

My family of four had a great stay other than the fact that the comforters were stained and there was a huge roach looking beetle in the room. They gave us a new room and all was well!

Our sofa sleeper has a mattress only which is wrapped in a protective bed wrap and the freshly cleaned bedding is provided separately on top of the sofa sleeper if needed.I am not sure what may have caused your unfortunate skin irritations. For the price we had to pay I thought we were getting a decent room however the hotel was very outdated. There weren't enough towels in room for all of us. We needed extra blankets and the ones they gave us were dirty and had hair stuck to them. The room was not fresh smelling and the bathroom shower was slippery. The guests next door talked and played their TV until after 4 am and the walls were so thin we could hear them. Very disappointed.

Hotel was close to eatting places. The breakfast was good. The bathroom floor was not fully cleaned and the under sink shelves were very dusty. One pillow case was dirty and the pillows were so uncomfortable. Staff were nice to change things out.The shower curtain did smell like smoke. I brought my own disinfectant. The place was quiet. I did love the Latte/Expresso machine. It worked well.

Our check in was fast and easy. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great. The only thing I would say is that our last day there, the breakfast staff started clearing things at 9:25 and breakfast was not over until 10. There were a couple of people who had to turn the waffle makers back on about 9:40.

There was no breakfast. The tv kept freezing. There was never a front desk attendant up front. My door key somehow deactivated after being away for a couple of hours. We had to go back downstairs to get two new keys. We did not have enough towels in the room. I did have some other concerns and when I asked to speak to the manager the lady then wanted to stay up front, so I asked to speak with him in private. I explained my concerns and he did discount our stay for the inconvenience. He was very genuine and apologetic. I would recommend your stay at this hotel and if you do have any concerns it is good to know that the manager will address the issues or concerns and take them seriously.

We ended up checking in late and I called ahead and there was no issue. The room was clean. I do feel that the tub could have been cleaned a lot better. I myself have worked as a housekeeper so I tend to pay attention to details. The room was a comfortable temparature. The bed sheets were clean and comfortable. Some complaints is the the breakfast, I definitely feel like it could use an upgrade. I was not too impressed with the options. Also the vending machine next to our room would not take any currency and the hotel really could not do anything about it because its maintained by a third party. However I do feel like it should be a priority to have it working at all times. As it is nice to have for the convenience as a guest. Overall for the price its a good option, clean and breakfast included.
