Go back in time and stay at a family owned Hotel
"I have not stayed here for years and was surprised to see that its still a Brend Hotel ( family hotel).
I went for breakfast and it was a traditional waiter service breakfast eg you are shown to a table, another waiter takes your order, you choose the items you want and its freshly cooked ( no food sitting under a heated light)"
