Front desk staff was generally not friendly, not responsive and not helpful. Housekeeping was skipping my room for cleaning for the entire 8 days of my stay. I had to call every single day asking them to clean my room. No corrective action was taken as to why my room was being skipped on daily basis. There was no tissue paper in my room. When I asked for some at the front desk, I was told the entire hotel was out. This hotel was taken over by Mercure recently and since then, overall quality has diminished due to apparent cost cutting. Many items were removed from the breakfast buffet after the change.

It was not a good experience. The room was hot, AC or fan didn’t work, called the lobby and told us it wasn’t “available “yet. Told us to open the window, window didn’t open. The fan in bathroom didn’t work so the room was super hot , steamed and always hot. Had to open door to hallway to get some air. So disappointed on this hotel, lack of care, concern or help. Skip breakfast , expensive and low quality food and bad service .
