The apartment address is on rue des francs bourgeois which is the main commercial street in le marais with a lot of shops and restaurants and is 50 meters away from place des vosges. The metro stop is Saint Paul on line 1.

The apartment is a walk up on the noble floor ( 1st floor or 2nd floor american) . it was superbly renovated and possesses the perfect balance of historic beauty, modern conveniences ( central air-conditioning,, high end appliances, sophisticated lightings, perfect sound insulation) ), and ideal location. . it consists of a fully equipped kitchen , a living room with a convertible sofa , a bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm by 200cm or 72 inches by 80 inches) and two full bathrooms.
The apartment comes free WI-FI and international cable channels.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers high quality linens and towels.

Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris. XVII century old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions) and gardens. Museums. Luxury shopping, galleries and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

A wonderful weekend in Paris

Excellent Beautiful Apartment!

Our host Olivier was wonderful and extremely communicative. We got easily settled into the apartment. The apartment is decorated in an elegant neoclassical style, but has beautifully modern amenities. It is also situated in a fantastic neighborhood in Le Marais. Super close to lots of great cafes, shopping, and many of Paris's famous sightseeing opportunities. I cannot recommend this beautiful property highly enough!!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! There were two adults and one child, and we had more than enough space. The pull out bed was extremely comfortable with a thick mattress. Shops and a metro were nearby, along with some great cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

We were able to dash over to Paris for a long weekend when Notre Dame reopened. Olivier was very accommodating and his apartment is perfection. Loved the king size bed and the two bathrooms. The location is outstanding…just down the street from Musee Carnavalet, and a block from Place des Voges. We love the Marais , so we could not asked for a better location.

A very nice apartment in a classic building near the fabulous Place des Vosges and close to the many attractions of the Marais. Bonus of two bathrooms and showers. Close to three metro stations for convenient access to the rest of Paris.

Beautiful, luxurious, amazing location

Gorgeous and spacious sanctuary in the heart of the Marais. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door, but a fully equipped kitchen if you want a night in. Two full baths also a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would give ten stars if I could!

Excellent place to stay in Paris!

This apartment is clean, spacious and up to date. It also is equipped with amenities to cook a quick meal and a large fridge. Having 2 washrooms was an added bonus. It was also easy to navigate the city as it was within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and many venues. Subways are a few blocks away.

Perfect location for seeing all the sights! Communication was awesome and very friendly. As advertised- enough room for our family of 4 and nice to have that extra bathroom. The washer/dryer also came in handy. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave!

Spacious and perfect location

Everything was wonderful. Apartment is spacious and modern in the kitchen and bathrooms but still very French! A vibrant, bustling neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Our host was very helpful and restaurant recommendations were fantastic. I suggest reservations for popular places for dinner.

Terrific place to stay in Le Merais

A perfect location in a favorite part of Paris. A block to the Place De Voges. 2 or 3 blocks to the Metro 1 line and the Metro 8. Monoprix at Rue San Antoine. Apartment has all you will need. Olivier is very helpful and available.

In the heart of Paris

Ideal location right in the middle of everything. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed. Two full bathrooms really expedited things in the morning, and the washing/drying combo machine also meant we could "set it and forget it." The drawers could have been a touch more cleaned out (I went out and bought dusting products ASAP) but overall the property was more than suitable for our family. Would stay again.

Felt Like Home

We really enjoyed our stay. This VRBO had everything we needed, and we felt very much at home here. The location was also excellent; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go to. Don't let the outside of the building fool you; it doesn't look like much, but the unit is beautiful and decorated quite uniquely. Olivier was very responsive when/if we had questions. We always felt comfortable knowing that he would be available should we need anything. We will definitely rent this VRBO again the next time we visit Paris.

Great location and stay

Fantastic location right off of the Place des Vosges. Building is on an active street with lots of small shops but was really quiet at night. Nice size apartment with a great king size bed. The host was very responsible and helpful before and throughout the stay. A/C was great, as were the two bathrooms. Our only minor comments would be that the lighting is a bit quirky and needs to have some better signage, and the apt had a musty smell when you first entered. Having said that, we would definitely rent here again.

Location was great, size of flat was nice, the only complaint we had was the. bedding was not the best. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows we're a bit smelly and they need new ones.

Excellent neighborhood and host

My roaming service wasn't working so Olivier was not receiving my texts or calls so he met us at 11pm on the street, waiting for us to pull up in a taxi! The location is really excellent--museums within walking distance, a lovely park and restaurants. I would only say that there could have been more instruction around the washer/dryer (very long cycles) and some of the light switches didn't work or were not what I was accustomed to.

Great Apartment

Over the last 15 years we have stayed in 7 different apartments - all nice - but this is the best! Perfect location. Good size, with lots of light. Was concerned about potential noise from traffic but closing the windows cancel any noise. Olivier was out of town when we arrived but he communicated clearly with us and put us in touch with Nikola who greeted us at the apartment. All very simple and smooth.We will be back.

Great Location

Having 2 full bathrooms was the deciding factor since we were traveling with our 2 teenage daughters. The location is EXCELLENT which was another very important factor. The apartment itsels laid out nicely and suited our needs. The general information sheet was very helpful. The washer/dryer all in one machine was very convenient even though only needed for 2 loads (never saw that type before, drying takes about 3 hours though). Never did figure out how to get the cooktop/microwave… to work and didn’t have the time or inclination to figure it out. We are from New York and I’ve never seen anything like this one. Owner said he would FaceTime to explain but we never got around to it. The owner was easily accessible by text if needed. I would recommend repairing the uneven cupped (warped) floor boards in the living/kitchen area. Overall really great experience and I’d definitely highly recommend it to family and friends.

Perfectly Paris

The location of this darling apartment was ideal. This was exactly the way I had imagined living like a local would be like. The neighborhood is so quaint, lively during the day but quiet at night. Plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants, and grocers just steps away. Very easy access to both the St. Paul’s and Bréguet - Sabin Metro stations, but we mostly used St. Paul’s. I found Paris’s Metro a lot less intimidating than the London tube, which we experienced the week prior before coming to Paris. The apartment itself was comfortable. Yes as the other reviews stated, the bedroom is actually separated from the Living/Dining area by a curtain but it still felt like a separate room. The light switches were slightly confusing, down is on and up is off and there were several switches to contend with, but once you figured it out, it was fine. Be careful with the hot water, it can get very hot. Olivier met us when we arrived to give us keys and explain some housekeeping guidelines. We did not encounter any issues during the stay. The key when locking and unlocking the door can be tricky at times, you need to pull on the door firmly to hear the last click so you can pull the key out.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN PARIS!!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. The pictures are accurate depiction of the property. The location is terrific. The street that it is on is full of little shops and is vibrant and busy during the day, and very quiet at night. We did not hear any street noise at all after about 8:30 p.m. Location is close to Metro, food, wine, cheese and restaurants. All of these places within a five minute walk. Host was very responsive to all requests and was on time and helpful when it came to check in. Great Host. The apartment is well furnished. We did not cook, why would you with all the restaurants around, but we did do wine and cheese night our first night in town and all the supplies necessary were there. Kitchen has a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Full sized fridge. There are two bathrooms which is fantastic. One is huge, my GF used that one, and one is quite small, which was mine. The small one was a genuine full bath, just was small. The bed was King sized and a little firm for my tastes. There was an extra comforter that I doubled up under me and that solved that issue. My GF was perfectly comfortable with the firm mattress. This is a matter of preference and not any kind of complaint. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets, etc. All in all, FANTASTIC PLACE! You will not be sorry if you stay here.
