Enjoy an authentic Parisian experience thanks to the proximity of shops, green spaces and the friendly atmosphere of the 12ᵉ arrondissement. The Space: Welcome to this exceptional apartment featuring two welcoming bedrooms and a spacious living room, combining elegance and comfort. The apartment includes : \- A beautiful living room with a large, comfortable corner sofa, two armchairs and a Samsung Smart TV. \- Two elegant bedrooms: one with a Queen Size bed and the other with a double trundle bed. \- A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, dishwasher). \- Elegant bathroom with spacious shower and plenty of towels. \- Plenty of optimized storage space to organize your belongings. \- Washer-dryer, fast WIFI connection. \- Bed linen and towels are provided by us.
