“The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. “The property itself is beautiful and in a great setting. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance. The jacuzzi tub was dirty upon arrival and did not work properly (jacuzzi would not turn on and water kept draining), which was especially frustrating since it was the main reason we booked. The bathroom sink was also clogged and sprayed water on you when turned on. The floor had a sticky substance with black hair all in it & rug was dirty, the coffee pot and even ceiling...
