“The property had a very convenient location, easy to get around the city from there. However, immediately walking in to the property, strong, urine smell downstairs and going upstairs into the two bedrooms. Had a sink problem that they came over and fixed, and they even noticed the urine stains on the carpet downstairs. The smell was even worse, going up the stairs and into the two bedrooms. We went and bought pet odor, deodorizer, etc., to try and offset the smells. The outside deck had trash……
