"What a hotel. The views are amazing, the staff is great. And if you are skiing you are in the middle of all the action."

"Bring earplugs! Can be very loud at night. Very convenient for access to the gondola- only a few minutes walk. However, the hotel itself is quite run down. Our room was clean and spacious, although there was a cleaning rag left on the floor and the drawers of the dresser were all left open. "

"Mountain view was okay. Rooms cleanliness was not that great plus heat was on 24/7 in the room. Try to turn off the heat but it was not working."

"The property has an excellent location. The staff are very kind, and the bellman service in particular is excellent. While the ski check-in service is great, the outside tent should stay open until 4:30 instead of closing at 4:00, because most people haven't come back by then. Additionally, our room in the South Tower is very dark. If the lighting could be improved, that would be great. Other than that, we think this is a good hotel."
