The room is clean and staff are friendly

This was a great property for many reasons. The location is perfect for walking to various different tourist destinations, great shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The full kitchen makes it easy to make your own meals, and save many on fresh snacks and beverages utilizing the full fridge. There is a grocery store beside the hotel for extra convenience. The hotel is fantastic. The pool and hot tub was always clean, warm and fully stocked with fresh towels, with robes in the room wear to the pool. The fitness centre appeared to have everything you would need for a morning workout. The front desk is very quick to bring up any additional items you may need. The restaurant was fantastic with Michelin Star ratings. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We visited at the start of the Christmas season and the hotel was beautifully decorated, perfect for Christmas selfies or quick family shots. One thing to note is that the hotel is downtown and located close to a fire department so you will hear sirens from time to time. However we never woken up in the middle of the night from any noises. I would highly recommend this hotel for shopping trips, work trips, quick family vacations, really any visit.

Great location! Beautiful hotel.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and professional. Room was immaculate with lovely turn down service nightly. Arrived hungry at 1030 pm and was still able to order in room dining. Delicious charcuterie platter. Easy walking down to the waterfront or to shopping areas.

Modern room in our tower. Clean. Good appliances. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was great.
