A dream spot! A newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath A-frame cabin on Seneca Lake offering a serene retreat, perfect for guests seeking tranquility and natural beauty. Stunning picturesque views overlooking the shimmering waters of Seneca Lake, with breathtaking sunrises that paint the horizon. A private dock for your boat, hot tub overlooking the water and a fire pit for evening gatherings, plus porch where guests can soak in the lakefront ambiance. We also include 4 kayaks so you can explore the lake.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure hot tub cover is secure, and gazebo curtains are closed.
Please make sure the boats, oars and vests are secure.
Please make sure the double sliding glass door is latched from the inside and exit the house from the back door. To lock the door, insert key, lift the handle, release, turn the key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The short-term rental is in a residential area in the Town of Torrey and renters should be considerate of the residents in neighboring homes.
Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m. The speed limit on this road is 20mph max. Slower is preferred.
Campfires must be in suitable firepit and located such that it will not cause a smoke nuisance to neighbors. Fires must be attended, or extinguished.
