“Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.”

“Great but can have more breakfast options”

“Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. We look forward to staying here again!”

“The old Timmerman lodge. Rooms were adequate and clean yet smelled musty - likely age. Exterior of property needs serious love.”

“Nothing”

“Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay.”

“No FREE breakfast $12.95 per person charge. Room clean. Bathroom light switch turns on light and fan should have 2 switches . One for light and one for the fan. When you get up in the middle of the night you do not want to wake everyone in the room with fan noise. Price $50 higher than Best Western in Hannibal Missouri with no real greater conveniences and and additional charges for breakfast of $26/per couple.”

“The evening staff in the restaurant was fantastic, food was very generous with huge portions. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy or special about it. Staff is over worked on the breakfast side. Rooms are clean and towels fluffy! Bed (King) was very comfortable. Shuffle service to downtown was awesome, driver is a great addition to their team. I would definitely stay here again but would make plans for breakfast elsewhere.”
