"We went with a group from work and their families. There was enough privacy for everyone plus a huge entertainment area for the entire group together. The house sits on a mile of private white sand beach but is only 20 minutes to a nice size town and a little over an hour to Cabo. We have cooks come to the house every day, rented quads and relaxed on the beach and water. I highly reccomend this house."

"This is a beautiful property in an incredible location. The beach is private with no motor traffic. Whale watching was outstanding. The beach is rocky and not ideal for long walks. There was not enough wind for kiteboarding during our stay. I think I could have launched from Waynes boat ramp, but definitely not for the novice. We also rented ATVs for our stay and it was tons of fun driving them into La Ribera for meals and groceries. We also took them as far as Los Barriles just for fun and had lunch!
