Very clean little cottage. My husband and I stayed for three nights, comfortable, very clean and extremely quiet. We live in the bay area, but wanted to go away for a few days. We had never been to Petaluma and the downtown and restaurants are amazing. We play golf two days at rooster run, in very good shape and reasonably priced. Frank pays a lot of attention to detail, clean unwrapped combs in the medicine cabinet, Band-Aids, sewing kit, fresh coffee in the kitchen, bottle of wine, chips, and salsa, waiting for us. It is about half a mile easy walk to downtown, highly recommend!

A good place to.stay o. Petaluma

The cottage is well layed out for easy useIt is also close to the town center and has easy access to other shopping areas and main roads. The neighborhood is quiet with pretty houses and sidewalks. All made for a very pleas ant stay.

semi-annual stay in Petaluma

This is our fourth stay in one of Frank's rentals, and our first stay in the bungalow. It was perfect for two people. Quiet, private and equipped with all the essentials.We will be back.

Cozy, Quiet, Great Location

We truly enjoyed our stay in Petaluma, very neat little town full of treasures and personality in proximity to so much. The bungalow is private, quiet, quaint and well appointed. The host is very nice, accommodating and even greeted us with treats :)

Cosy and serene

Very comfortable furnishings in a calm and serene atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided and Frank even included a bottle of wine and some snacks. It's in a great location on the west end of town, very close to restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet.

Very sweet cottage with a great location

This cottage was very clean and well appointed. We found it easy to relax and make our way around town. An easy walk or ride to the downtown area with lots to see and do. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the cottage.

Frank was very responsive and friendly! The place is cute and clean and everything is labeled. There's a heater/AC in the living room only, and it was freezing in every other room while we were there- that was the only downside! Good parking, nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown, very quiet, lots of interesting birds flying around to listen to and watch. We never heard any sounds from the main house even though it's attached.

Wonderful spot

Everything as described and as noted by previous guests. Only "negatives" maybe that there isn't a microwave, and the bathroom sink has no room to put things on (so my wife did her makeup at the kitchen table). Otherwise it was a terrific place. Great communication with Frank. Thank you.

Quiet comfortable bungalow.

This was a very cozy, extremely clean and likely recently updated unit attached to a larger house. My wife and I stayed for three nights while we were doing some wine tasting in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the revitalized waterfront district of Petaluma. We walked there and back on one occasion and it was not difficult. Frank was an excellent host and asked us several times if there was anything else that we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Cozy & Bright

Unit was very bright with a lot of windows, ceiling fans and AC for comfort in the warm weather. We stayed for 1 week to visit our granddaughter and family. Location was close to most everything. Parking is a bit of a challenge as it is on the street, but worked out. Host was very responsive, as we needed a bath mat for slippery tub, he immediately went out and got one for us. He also left us a lovely bottle of wine and nuts at check in!

Beautiful Petaluma Location

Greatly enjoyed our short stay at this lovely property. Small but highly efficient in an amazing location. I wouldn’t call it a bungalow as it’s attached to the house but there were no issues with that. Appreciated the nice touches — wine, water, coffee, Frank left for us. Definitely want to return!
