The facility was really nice, the breakfast was really good. I love that they have a shuttle bus to the airport. I did not like the fact that they charge you an extra $100 dollars a day/ per day for accidentals. I have been to Embassy alone with other Hilton establishments and only had to pay one price the most was like 100 not 400. Also you pay daily for parking even though you are staying there. It was nice but not worth all of the extra money. The manager did work with us with the fee so I really liked that.

This particular Embassy Suites was run down. We had two rooms for six people. Many of the doors had dents/scratches, loose handles/knobs. Both bathroom doors required a lot of force to open and shut - they were extremely warped. Shower floors were stained. “Leather” ottoman had iron burn marks on it. Furniture was outdated and in poor condition. We had no sheets for the pullout couches and only two bath towels - (each of our two rooms slept 4 according to the room descriptions.) We stayed here due to a canceled flight, but needed to leave early, before they served the free breakfast. We asked if they had any takeout bags we could grab, like we have received at other hotels. They did not offer anything at all. We were a group of six paying for breakfast included and weren’t even offered an apple. Would not recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay in your hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the welcoming coupon for a reception drink and snacks. We also had a light dinner at the Grill and it was very good. Staff was great and we were happy that we were able to use the shuttle to and from the airport. Overall great experience!

Dated property with dirty bathroom. There was a large insect showing up when my kid was taking bath. All furniture is very dated with visible wear. The faucet was making huge noise when turned on. Charged 25usd for parking, for a hotel far from downtown and within airport neighborhood. The breakfast was decent though. It is the only American three star hotel still serving bacon after covid.

Not the best or worst place I’ve stayed with my family. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, suite was clean. The pool area needs better ventilation and possibly a maximum amount of people allowed it was a zoo, very slippery, bad ventilation.

This was our 2nd stay and unfortunately, it didn’t go as well as the first stay. The room was stuffy and muggy due to the AC not functioning as expected. The room was not as aesthetically pleasing. We really enjoyed the breakfast during the first stay, but there are less options during the week and the cook was rude. He questioned if we had our breakfast tickets, which are collected by another person. He had an unpleasant attitude and was not friendly at all, Unfortunately this stay has us wondering if we will return the next time we visit family in Philly,
