“因為是服務式公寓, 不能和一般酒店裡面的設施去比較. 入住前最好預先用電郵或者到達馬尼拉時用電話聯絡公寓. 到了再聯絡管家等取鑰匙, 房間有簡單設備, 毛巾只有兩條浴巾, 牙刷, 飲用水, 但WIFI超慢.. 個人覺得這家服務式公寓唯一好處就只是地點方便, 附近有超市, 餐廳...等等! 如果你要到附近出差是還可以的. 但千萬不要要求有酒店式的服務. ”

"這次入住3個晚上，整體而言客房的整潔乾淨、全體服務人員也是非常的熱情，態度很好，整個住宿體驗幾乎可說是滿分，唯獨在最後Check out的時候，因為浴室裏的一個肥皂盒的破損，有一些小爭執，我們說不曾移動過那物件，更別說摔落，後來繼續溝通ㄧ會兒，櫃檯人員只是一直強調破損是新的，意思就是我們用的，之後我不想繼續爭執下去，其實也沒多少錢，也不想影響後面行程渡假的心情，就賠償給他們！但是難道就沒有一種可能，是清潔人員不注意摔到那物件導致破損嗎？"
