“Let me get the negatives out of the way first: I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. But the Vrbo agent assured me this was legitimate, and that the renter went through their process, so I gave it a shot. Another irritation is that even after going through……

“The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. ”

“Great location. 25 minutes or less away from hiking on the north, east, and south. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and quiet. Vince was very responsive. ”
