“We chose this location because we were attending an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location is super close. The community was clean and very quiet. We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. Washer and dryer and all the amenities you need for a short stay. I would definitely book this place again. Less expensive than a hotel with more amenities and privacy”
