Helpful tips

Everything was good except for light fixtures and empty propane tank. No TV in master bedroom. I would recommend this property. Thank you very much.

Great place

The place was clean and very well appointed. Lots of garbage sacks and dish soap. Very good beds, one of guests said the best she ever slept in. Light bulb out in closet.

Loved!!!!!

Our family was so blessed to be at this property. The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed from soap and shampoo in the shower to every kind of cooking item we could think of. The back patio and backyard set up, complete with fruit trees, cornhole and a pool, was so relaxing and lovely. The shaded area offered a delightful place to sit and read or relax, and the pool was just perfect for those of us who wanted to swim or lounge in the sun. When we had questions, the property manager was easy to reach and provided quick responses. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property!

Nice stay!

Overall the house was very nicely remodeled and comfortable. Could be so much better with a few outside upgrades. We enjoyed the outside seating area and pool as well.

Great location!

Extremely quiet neighborhood, close to great shopping areas, entertainment , and restaurants. The house is well equipped and very spacious. The pool looked inviting...but it WAS February so only my feet got wer. The backyard has citrus trees...my tea was infused with super fresh lemons. Very comfortable, management was very quick to rectify a small hiccup with the digital keypad. We appreciated the very quick response. Will absolutely stay again.

Relaxing stay

It was such a relaxing place to stay! The master bed could definitely use a mattress topper or something softer. Love the yard relaxing at night was so nice!

Spring Training Stay

Overall a great location in reference to Spring Training.. Nice private setting to just relax… The only real disappointment was the weather was in the high 70’s but the pool was ICE COLD 😬 and could not really be enjoyed …

Home away from Home

Nice updated home in a quiet, safe neighborhood with all amenities, clean, spacious, nice patio abd pool plus citrus trees for making lemon drops! Great location to all sites and cities. Would stay here again!

Very Clean

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. The pool was a bit cloudy but host mentioned there were issues with it. Regardless, my 6 year old did not mind and we enjoyed the cleanliness.

Nice house if you don't need a pool

I wish I could share the side by side photos of the pool listing vs what it looks like. The pool was full of algae and unfortunately unusable. I was promised each day after sending multiple messages that it would be fixed. Truthfully I think the pool company hasn't kept up on their cleaning and there was no way to rectify the situation quickly, however either the management or owners were not willing to provide a solution that helped my family. We were excited to have a pool weekend with family since it was 110 out but instead spent the whole weekend indoors. This issue really ruined the weekend for us. We were barely offered compensation after paying in full for 3 nights and then ignored when pressed.

College Time

We and our friends both have freshman at GCU. Convenient to stay in a house while getting them settled rather than trying to navigate and pay for a hotel with all their belongings and out vehicles. We drove from the Midwest and our friends flew from the Northwest. Well located to get on freeways, from the airport, to GCU, groceries, restaurants and gas. Would definitely recommend for other families and do it again next year!

Happy with the house!!! Benjamin did a great job of communicating with us. House was exactly as shown in the pictures. enjoyed the pool, yard, and Corn hole boards. would highly recommend this house.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this delightful home for my niece’s graduation. Upon walking in, we were happy to see everything as pictured. It was a beautiful, clean home with a beautiful backyard with fruit trees, grapes and a very comfortable sitting area under the awning. The kitchen had everything imaginable in it for cooking and serving. The pool was great. The BBQ grill was good. We even found some speakers that we were able to use under the tv stand. Overall, I would highly recommend this home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. And it’s so close to everything.
