If Sonder could change the booking system and have a plan for people who cannot use the check in system they would be perfect I was caused a lot of stress from trying to use the check in system. This is not good

Parking was a little frustrating with all of the clubs and night life, but the room itself was awesome and the ability to check in and out without having to deal with anyone was nice too. I will absolutely stay here in the future.

It was my forst time staying in a converted container. It was new and clean. We had two problems at the start of our stay and they were both dealt fixed in a timely manner with good communication.

Loved the physical property and location- stayed five nights. Super cool units and lived the roof deck. Only two issues: 1. It is right next to a 7 day a week nightclub open until 2 am that plays very loud music. 2. The keypad for entry into the property is worn so that it takes at least five tries to get inside. (Keypads at the door to our place was fine; just the main door was a problem.) if you sleep heavily or using a white noise app works for you, we definitely recommend.

The stay was amazing overall. My one complaint is the club noise from one of the clubs ( I believe it’s called Antique Sugar). For two nights in a row, they pumped out music into the wee hours of the morning. Totally disrespectful of the neighborhood. There was heavy rain one early morning. I found a pool of water by the door. Did the rain seep into the room? Please look into it. It was an amazing 4 night stay. This was my second Sonder stay. I love Sonder overall. There is no perfect place but you guys are doing the best you can. Just make some tweaks to Sonder Ida.
