"Staff were all very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hot water did not work during our entire stay and we were not aware that smoking is allowed in the hotel so throught the day, our room would smell like cigarettes. For a couple nights, this was ok for us but would not choose it again. "

"Perfect location. Walkable to all major attractions in downtown HCMC. Business lounge is great , afternoon cocktail & food options are wonderful. One downside is the loud music & noise from karaoke or bar from the street coming through the glass window. Room is soundproof from inside the hallway though. Overall everything is great."
