“The appartment itself was ok: renovated building, lots of space, clean, several eating options closeby... There was actually an elevator contrary to what was listed on Expedia, a nice surprise. My only minor gripes were that the mattress was too soft for my taste and the TV quite small. However, I had two more important concerns which negatively impacted my stay experience. “Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and……

“Unfortunately, though it is not my practice to write poor reviews for anyone, I have caution the next person who signs up for this property. It is not as advertised. It is located in a very desolate and poor part of Palermo. It is a second rate building. The room we had was very dark and depressing. We had to terminate our stay and seek another location. The person responsible did not speak a word of English. The amneities were sparse. Any how, its not a luxury suite by any means. Sorry to say……
