“Stanza in ottime condizioni, bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio e doccia. Vicinissimo all’ospedale nel mio caso molto comodo per motivi lavorativi. Staff gentile e professionale. Parcheggio in zona blu con pass fornito dall’hotel. ”

“Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee……

“The room was average but, clean. Carpet could be updated as there were stains on the carpet taking away from the atmosphere of the room. Balcony was nice and great place to sit and read and have your coffee. The TV did not work in the room, which was not a big deal for us. The amenities; pool, sauna did not appear useful. Sauna was not working and pool was very small. We did use the gym and it was ok. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, they offered a……

“Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick war aber super laut. Das Frühstück ist im Keller und deshalb ist es dort sehr kalt. Für eine Nacht Durchreise hat es gut gepasst :)”

“Struttura situata in una zona tranquilla con molti parcheggi (a pagamento) lungo la strada. La camera sarebbe carina, ma necessita di manutenzione: al nostro arrivo ci è rimasta la maniglia in mano e anche la doccia non è stata piacevole, perché il doccino non funzionava e il soffione grande fisso pure era mezzo rotto, perché schizzava acqua da tutte le parti. Un'ultima accortezza che non costa nulla: sarebbe bello far trovare agli ospiti una bottiglietta d'acqua e magari del tè o del caffè per……

“Be sure to arrive by 5 pm or else you will get 20 euro each hour afterwards. There is no information about this before booking, but you will get a message after the booking is confirmed. My fault I didn’t check the messages but the owner could have been kinder. Besides that the apartments in the buildings have connecting thin doors that can let you hear every whispers. Besides those issues the property is amazing and the staff also very kind and accommodating. It’s a good choice in the area……
