"We ate at the Barley Room Pub. It was a festive atmosphere. The staff are full of personality, courteous and helpful--they really make the experience. The room, had some unvacuumed dust under the beds, but the great price for the room and at the restaurant make any minor inconveniences well worth it. "

"Room was dated and in need of repairs, broken tiles, damaged carpet, outlets and light fixtures no longer secured to the walls. Restaurant was closed due to renovation but wasn’t made aware of this until we had got to our room. "

"Craig was an excellent host and very responsive to my questions and queries. The property was clean, maintained in excellent condition and everything around the house was in working condition. We had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The firepit in the backyard was a highlight, even in the winter time. "

"Great property and location in downtown Picton.The only feedback I have is that a number of expected common items were not available and we had to follow up with the manager or buy things ourselves. (I.e. dishwasher pods, cooking oil, paper towels, etc.)"
