This property offered everything we wanted and more! The 4bedrooms were more than enough room for us. The hot tub and river access were the highlights of the cabin for us. The property was VERY conveniently located and was very clean. During our stay, I was washing the coffee pot and accidentally broke it on the sink. I immediately messaged the owner and tried to make it right. The owner assured me that it would be handled and there was no problem. Within a couple of hours, a new coffee pot was delivered. We were also able to see the Dollywood fireworks from the front porch. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing stay

Overall stay at this cottage was amazing. The property is exactly as listed, very family friendly and cozy. It has the feel of living in a cabin although deeply embedded in the heart of activities. Just few mins walk is a very sweet little market place. We highly recommend trying the old mill restaurant, creamery and also the pottery/gift place. The river/stream flowing in the back is just perfect for quiet afternoons/evenings. It is beaming with wildlife. We saw a turtle, flock of geese (they were everywhere), a heron, a family of otters (I think). You name it.. Across the stream are lot of activities located on route 321. Go carts, mini golf etc. Since it is located in pigeon forge and closer to Gatlinburg, it is very close to the smokey mountains national park. This house is a perfect mixture of both nature and kid/family friendly activities. We highly recommend this place for groups looking to spend holidays at smokey.

Perfect home!

We stayed here for a long family weekend. The home was PERFECT! It was very, very clean. The location is great, just a few minutes from Dollywood and Dolly Stampede. Within walking distance are some great restaurants and cute little shops. The house is a split bedroom plan, with the master off of the dining room/living room, and the other three bedrooms and bathroom on the other side of the house. The patio and hot tub are just outside the kitchen back door. And just a few steps more is the river with a fire pit and chairs. We will stay here again! Everything about this house and the host made our stay wonderful. thank you!

Wonderful, clean, relaxing

What a beautiful home to stay in on vacation. So close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, yet a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is so relaxing right on the river. We enjoyed watching the geese and a few ducks swim by. Easy check in and out with door codes sent by email and all responses from owner were quick. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and hope to return one day and stay here again!

Convenient location

This property was very convenient location. It was clean and had a nice floor plan on one level. Chris gave detailed instructions about check in and check out procedures. Chris was polite and prompt with resolving concerns making our trip very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxation at its best

Cottage was clean and well maintained. They amenities made the stay that much better. We stayed for 1 1/2 weeks and our garbage piled up. Please add information in your policies indicating when garbage pickup is scheduled.

Marriage retreat 2023

My wife and I stayed here with a couple that we are close friends with for a marriage retreat with our church. Everything was amazing from the house, to the view of the Smokies from the front porch and hot tub. There was a ton going on, on the parkway, but the noise level was to a minimum. Beds were super comfortable!

Cleanliness Issues

ALL windows had extreme cobwebs between glass and screens. One person in our party has extreme fear of spiders. So we looked under all beds with flashlites. The front bedroom, that she slept in, needed swept under. Lots of dust under both beds. We didnt use twin bed room, so didnt ck those. Next, we had to buy toilet paper. We couldnt find dark towels. No garbage bags anywhere. After one bag provided was filled, we used Walmart bags and added them to large one provided. On the good side, hot tub and fire pit location was more than perfect!!! Very close to all attractions!! Creek sounded so nice.House was well decorated. So, only complaints are very very easy fixes! Thank you for asking our opinions!! We will stay at this location again!

It is a great location. Walking distance to the old mill area since you are in the old mill district. Love walking out the back door to the river. Its beautiful. Very close to alot of attractions.

Nice enough inside. Outside could definitely use some tlc. Could use some paint in hallway. Hot tub had a leak and wasn't working properly so we never got to use it. Shower could use some type of bar or handle.

Great location, but beware day noise

Can’t beat the location in pigeon forge. Perfect for families who want to walk to the action, but also be on a residential road with a cafe, gallery etc. house has excellent amenities and was clean inside. However garden was a little mucky but we were there early May to be fair, so pre summer season. Host was great when we mentioned the go kart noise, which we weren’t expecting. You do really get used to it, and it is worth it for an affordable place to stay with a fire by a lovely stream that you can swim in. Didn’t once see a neighbour, so v private and I enjoyed the many families of geese you’ll be sharing the garden with! Overall would recommend. But for genuine quiet, use the front porch ( which is great for watching a storm roll in over the mountains!)
