“We have had multiple issues with our booking. First off we called in before booking to confirm that the hotels pool would be open and available. We came in yesterday to the pool being down and said to be open today and yet the pool is not open yet again and told it won’t be tell at least tomorrow when we check out so that’s a issue when it’s the reason we chose this hotel. Then our ac unit is loud and waking us up at night and get told there’s nothing they can do about it it’s just old. Then our……

“They charged my card six hours before I arrived, the desk clerk at check in was rude, as well as rude and acted out out when I called and told her the AC in room wasn't working properly. She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design. Needless to say the AC didn't work in the room in the middle of the summer. Front desk clerk at checkout was rude as well. The only good thing about this was……
