I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night due to the people across from us having a rager of a party. Staff handled it immediately. Beds were very worn out and overly soft and the frames were so loud that everytime we turned over, they made a horrible noise. Could just be this area of Pensacola but the guests were on the unsavory side to say the least. Very disappointed. This is the first and last time I stray from my usual hotel chain (Hilton). We checked out a day early.
