"Two primary complaints: 1.The listing say breakfast is included, which is misleading.They provide granola bars, small yogurt cups, hard boiled eggs and instant oatmeal. Not really "breakfast" to me. 2. The kitchenette in the room has no plates, cups, talbleware or even a coffee maker. You can call the desk to request these items, but should you have to? Also, there is a $1 surcharge for all phone calls, whether local or long distance, EVEN IF THE CALL DOES NOT GO THROUGH. Find a different place for the price. "

"Not at all what the pictures on line show. Hasn’t been updated in 30 years (at least), the outside is what you’ll expect inside. Old carpet in rooms, turf outside balcony and walkways (gross! Had a dog peed here?) I believe many people probably use this motel for one nighter (or hour - as I HEARD around 4:30 this morning 😫😡) Breakfast area may have been descent 30-40 years ago. Spread wayyyy out, f/d eggs were rubbery, sausage, juice and waffles…nothing more. Bare minimum. Cups without lids for coffee. Skip this place, anywhere kids be better. Ownership looks like they’re waiting for a disaster so they can collect on insurance $. "

"This was absolutely the worst stay I have ever had! The first room had roaches and food crumbled on the floor!! It was disgusting! We wanted to stay on the bottom floor because of my sons medical limitations. We went to the front office to complain and they moved us to a room on the top floor all the way at the end. When we got into the new room there was dirty finish net stockings on the floor and tobacco grinds in the drawers. I had to clean the room before we could even stay!! There was no towels! When we called to the front to get towels they made us come all the way down to get them. At this point we had been driving all day and We had to get up early the next day because we were seeing doctors at nemours children’s hospital! We were in the room about an hour and I had hopped in the shower (after I had scrubbed it myself) and the fire alarm goes off. I had to jump out grab my son and my sister grabbed all of our stuff. I was drenched and my son was screaming crying because he didn’t know what was going on! When we started to head down the stairs the lady stopped us and said “no don’t go down stairs. Someone is just smoking in there room!” She didn’t check on the that! She just assumed! And wouldn’t let us come down the stairs! It took me 3 hours to calm my son down! I would never recommend this property to anyone ever!!!"

"They offered a full hot breakfast each morning and to our surprise it was really good. They also offered coffee in the lobby all day. The staff was super friendly from check-in to check-out. The reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness was the coffee pot in the room was dirty and the floors were not clean. Overall we would stay there again."
