“Wonderful location, we loved being Flora/Bama line. The A/C ended up freezing up on us and we did not realize it until after hours. The maintenance guy offered to come out at 11 pm to help us out but we opted to wait until morning and he was there first thing. There was a small issue with one corner of the pool becoming dirty but again the maintenance guys were checking it everyday multiple times a day. The condo was perfect for us, we loved being able to see the pool and the ocean. Only bummer……

“Ok. Here we go! Pro: good location, lovely view, clean, firm beds, roomy bedroom, good AC, good access to water and comfortable living room space. Con: lacking in kitchen and bathroom necessities (but to be fair there is a list of what is provided). This lack of soap and paper products seems to be the norm now. Our code for building access did not work and that was troublesome. Also the bathrooms are looking a little worn. Water pressure not great. The toaster broke but was quickly replaced. We……
