"This is a new property located close to where I live, I rented this room for family that came in town. There was plenty of parking when I pulled up. When I walked through the door the front desk was very helpful and got me checked in within minutes. Room was very clean and neat. The ac worked very well. They have a large refrigerator, microwave and stove top which was great. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The exterior of the property was dirty, with the balconies and walkways littered with dirt/leaves/ and cigarette butts. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get in and out of this property per its close location to an interstate exit ramp. I would not stay here again, even tho the price was half what the hotel across the street was, because of this. I was refused to check in 20 minutes before 3pm check in time even though it was obvious they were only about 20% booked. And getting out to yo anywhere else wasn’t going to happen. I’ve never been denied an early check in when a room was already ready. Do yourself a favor, and if you can afford it, stay across the street."

"Staff was professional and helpful. We stayed in room on 1st floor with excellent view of pool. Stayed previous in other bldg which we did not particularly care for. Did not eat breakfast so cannot comment. Parking was easy and close to room."
